CX-303

Proposed dosage
The dosage of additives (supply form) is 0.05-0.3% based on the total formula.For waterbased and UV systems,the maximum addition can be up to 1%.
Application area
This additive is recommended for all solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings, printing inks and varnishes. It is particularly recommended for improving the wettability of polyurethane, epoxy and acrylate adhesives on substrates. It is used to enhance the substrate wetting ability of polyurethane and epoxy-based room-temperature curing plastics.
Processing instructions
This additive can be added at any stage of production, including later additions. However, to reduce its foam-stabilizing effect, it is recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacturing.
Special attention
Unlike ordinary silicone oil, this additive is "user-safe". However, before use, a series of tests should be conducted to confirm whether the additive stabilizes the foam. In addition, its recoatability and cratering tendency also need to be evaluated.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical.When the temperature is below 5℃,turbidity and stratification may occur.Please heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly before use.Shelf life:36 months.
