CX-304

CX-304 is an organosilicon surface additive used in solvent-based coating systems, slightly reducing surface tension and smoothness.

Product advantages

It can slightly reduce the surface tension of the coating system.
It has excellent thermal stability and will not affect the interlayer adhesion of the coating even at 250℃.

Proposed dosage
The dosage of the additive (supply form) is 0.01%-0.4% based on the total formula.
Application area
This coating is particularly recommended for solvent-based systems.
Processing instructions
This additive can be added at any stage, including later addition.
Special attention
Unlike ordinary silicone oil, this additive is "user-safe". However, before use, a series of tests should be conducted to confirm whether the additive stabilizes the foam. In addition, its recoatability and cratering tendency also need to be evaluated.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Store in a cool, dry and sealed container. Shelf life: 36 months.
