CX-307

CX-307 is a fluorine-modified silicone leveling agent for solvent-based and solvent-free systems.

Product advantages

Special structure polyether-modified polysiloxane effectively reduces surface tension, improves the wettability of the substrate, and prevents craters and Bernard vortices.

Enhance surface smoothness, scratch resistance and anti-sticking properties, improve leveling and increase gloss.

It is suitable for addition in solvent-based, solvent-free and water-based coatings, and has an excellent anti-pinhole effect especially for high-gloss series.

Proposed dosage

The dosage of additives (purchased form) is based on the total formula: 0.03-0.5%.

Processing instructions

It can be added at any stage of coating production without any special requirements.

Storage and transportation

This product should be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
