CX-308

CX-308 is an organosilicon surface additive used in solvent-based systems to moderately reduce surface tension and moderately enhance smoothness.

Proposed dosage

The dosage of the additive (supply form) is 0.1% - 0.3% based on the total formula.

CX-308 has wide compatibility and is suitable for all solvent-based systems.

Processing instructions

This additive can be added at any stage of production, including post-addition. For ease of addition, it can be pre-diluted.

Special attention

Unlike ordinary silicone oil, this additive is "user-safe". However, before use, a series of tests should be conducted to confirm whether the additive stabilizes the foam. In addition, its recoatability and cratering tendency also need to be evaluated.

Storage and transportation

This product should be transported and stored as a hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
