Product advantages

Improve the wetting and dispersion stability of pigments.
As it is a controllable flocculation additive, it is more suitable for use in primers and intermediate coatings, where thixotropy occurs, thereby preventing pigment floating and mottling, as well as sedimentation, and reducing sagging.

Proposed dosage
Additive dosage: Inorganic pigment: 1-3% (for pigment quantity).
Packing: 0.5-2.0% (based on the amount of packing).
Processing instructions
Add it before grinding and disperse it at high speed in a system with similar viscosity.
Application area
Recommended: Coil steel coatings and tinplate printing coatings, nitrocellulose, acid-cured, polyurethane wood coatings, amino industrial baking coatings, unsaturated polyester, epoxy resins and plastic coatings.
Storage and transportation
This product should be transported and stored as a hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
