CX-130
CX-130 is a solvent-based wetting and dispersing agent for concentrated pastes of coatings and pigments. It can stabilize various pigments and has a wide range of compatibility. It is suitable for solvent-based general-purpose pigment concentrates with aldehyde or acrylic resins as grinding resins.

Inorganic pigments: 15-20%.

Application area
CX-130 has a wide range of compatibility and can be used in various solvent-based formulations as well as for the post-treatment of problematic coatings.
Processing instructions
To achieve the best performance, the additives should be added to the abrasive first, followed by the pigments. First, pre-mix the resin and solvent components of the grinding material, and then slowly add the additives while constantly stirring. Pigments should not be added before the additives are thoroughly mixed. The problematic paint can be remedied by adding it later. At this time, it needs to be added slowly under high shear force conditions.
Special attention
The surface treatment of certain organic pigments may have an adverse effect on the efficacy of this wetting and dispersing agent. In this case, you can try using the same type of untreated pigment. When used in coil coatings, the interaction between this cationic additive and the acid catalyst must be taken into consideration. Free acids or epoxy-blocked acids are more applicable than amine-blocked acids.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Stratification or turbidity may occur when the temperature is below 0 ° C. Heat to 20 °C and mix thoroughly. Shelf life: 36 months.
