Product Inquiry
CX-137
CX-137 is used as a wetting and dispersing agent for stabilizing inorganic pigments in solvent-based industrial and architectural coatings.
Product advantages
This additive causes the pigment to deflocculate through steric hindrance.
Because the pigment particles that deflocculate are very small, high gloss can be achieved and the color intensity can be enhanced.
Increased transparency and covering power.
This additive can reduce viscosity.
It improves the leveling property and can increase the amount of pigment added.
This additive is highly suitable for the preparation of organic bentonite slurry.

Proposed dosage
The amount of additives (purchase form) is based on pigments.
Inorganic pigments: 1-2%
Titanium dioxide: 0.5% - 1%
Organic pigments: 1-5%
Bentonite: 30-50%
Application area
It is especially recommended for use in architectural coatings, industrial coatings and anti-corrosion coating systems.
Processing instructions
To achieve the best performance, the additive should be added to the abrasive first, and then the pigment.
Storage and transportation
This product should be transported and stored as a hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Stir well before use. Stratification or turbidity may occur. Heat to 30-60 °C and mix thoroughly. Shelf life: 36 months.
