CX-238

CX-238 is a modified polydimethylsiloxane high-efficiency defoamer emulsion, which can be used to eliminate foam in water-containing systems.

Product advantages

CX-238 has the following advantages: fast defoaming speed, excellent dispersion performance, especially not easy to demulsify and float oil after dilution, and the operating temperature is below 60℃(it belongs to the normal temperature type).
CX-238 not only has excellent performance but also is inexpensive, making it a cost-effective, broad-spectrum, and room-temperature defoamer.

Application area
It is recommended for application in the textile industry, petrochemical industry, emulsion processing, surfactants, oil removal treatment of rolled steel plates, wastewater treatment, chemical industry and detergents, etc.
Processing instructions
The concentration requirements of defoamers:
The dosage of defoamer depends on different applications, but it is recommended that the content of active substances in it be no less than 10ppm.
The addition of defoamer:
Before adding the foaming solution, gently shake it first to ensure the emulsion is uniform. It can also be directly added, or diluted with thickening water and then added to the foaming solution. However, the diluted defoamer must be used up during the shift.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
