CX-242

CX-242 is an organosilicone-based defoamer and antifoaming agent. It can be applied to foams in water-containing systems with a PH range of 7 to 14.

Proposed dosage
The dosage of defoamer depends on different applications, but it is recommended that the content of active substances in it be no less than 5ppm.
Application area
Recommended: Wood coatings, general industrial paints, plastic coatings, printing inks.
Applicable: Defoaming and anti-foaming for all aqueous phase systems.
Processing instructions
Before adding, gently shake it to ensure the emulsion is evenly distributed. It can also be directly added, or pre-diluted with thickening water before being added to the foaming solution. The diluted defoamer should be used up daily and should not be left idle.
Storage and transportation
This product can be transported and stored as a non-hazardous chemical. Keep away from fire sources and store in a well-ventilated, cool and dry place. Shelf life: 36 months.
