• Continuous phase use of alkali swelling thickener+hydrophobic modified lotion。 
• Add xanthan gum to prevent sedimentation during particle preparation, and store the finished product to avoid high temperatures。

[Reason]Uneven film thickness, differences in substrate roughness, and inconsistent bristle hardness.

【Solution】

• Use an automatic coating machine to prepare standard test panels and unify substrate batches.
• Calibrate the washing medium (fixed laundry detergent brand and concentration) before testing.

[Reason]Excessive addition of antifreeze (ethylene glycol) and solvent additives (such as defoamers).

【Solution】

• Replace ethylene glycol with low VOC antifreeze (such as propylene glycol).
• Choose solvent-free defoamers (such as mineral oils).
• Use high boiling point neutralizing agents (such as inorganic bases).

[Cause]Hydrolysis of film forming aids (such as isobutyraldehyde), residual monomers of lotion, low boiling point neutralizer (such as AMP-95).

【Solution】

• Use low odor film-forming agents (such as OE-300, COASOL-290PLUS) instead.
• Control the pH value of the formula (8-8.5), and select the flavor cleaning lotion and silicone neutralizer.
• Strengthen ventilation and accelerate drying after construction.
